Due to the nature of the RDP we are using, Sage will occasionally run slower than we would like. We cannot do much about overall connectivity speeds from the RDP.
Steps to improve connectivity:
If speeds are causing major issues to your workflow, please close the RDP and wait 10 minutes before reopening.
Try to limit the number of tabs and programmes you have open
If Sage is frozen and you cannot exit it:
In settings, search for Task Manager, click Remote Desktop Connection, click End Task
This will force quit the RDP
