Cisco is the VPN which allows us to connect to the Sage RDP.
Duo allows us to authenticate our login to Cisco.
Using Cisco:
This is an app on your Laptop. If you do not have it, download it from the Company Portal app on your laptop.
You need to connect to the Carter Thermal VPN. You will be promoted to login. Your credentials will username: firstname.lastname password: the password given to you by Carters if you are a new starter/ the password you used to login to your Laptop with before we moved over from Carters.
Once you have logged in with your Cisco credentials, you will need to use the Duo app on your phone to verifty your login.
Once complete, you should be connected to the VPN and will be able to connect to the Sage RDP.
